The 2026 Gold Coast Hockey Season will run from the weekend of 6th/7th/8th March until 29th August (Juniors) and 5th September (Seniors). Registrations are now open for all existing and new players to the Tigerstix.
2026 SIGN ON:
To participate in team trials, or other 2026 social, indoor or rep competitions your Hockey Australia & Hockey QLD fees need to be paid. (Local Gold Coast Association fees and club fees can be paid at a later date, prior to season commencement).

2026 TEAM TRIALS
With over 400 players in our club spanning multiple teams across all age groups and divisions, team trials are an essential part of our team selection process. Please make the effort to attend as many trials as possible – those who cannot attend trials need to inform the relevant coordinator to assist with planning.
You can provide your preferences during the registration process, and whilst this is taken into consideration, we cannot guarantee all requests can be met.
To keep things as fair as possible, no player will be named in a team until club fees are finalised. (*This is either payment in full, or having initiated the simple automated payment plan in our registration portal) Therefore, we ask that all fee arrangements are finalised by Friday, 13th February 2026.
This may seem unfair, but too often players withdraw and coordinators, who have put in tireless hours drafting fair teams, have to redo all their work.
2026 TRAINING CALENDAR TBC
*2026 Training calendar will be finalised by 15th Feb when teams are named.
Training times will depend on coach, and turf availability. Sessions run from 5pm through til 8:30pm Mon – Thursdays. Earlier timeslots are typically allocated to junior teams (U12, U14, Opens) and later times to senior teams.
