It is with enormous excitement that we announce the formation of a Labrador Tigerstix Brisbane Women’s Hockey Premier League 1 team for 2025.  

Club President, Andrew Proctor said “This is the culmination of many years of work by many people to provide pathways for our women, similar to those available to our men with BHL.  We thank the BWHA board for allowing us to make this inaugural team in BWHA a reality.” 

Plans for player selection and recruitment are underway and coaches are already in place for both the BWHA PL team and the GC Div 1 women’s team. 

It’s going to be a huge year for the #stix women.
